We made it through!

Every new year brings us all an opportunity to reflect on the last 12 months and the chance to begin planning for the next dozen. Although 2021 won’t look entirely like 2020, there’s no denying that the era of constant change is anywhere close to over. Amidst all this change last year, our biggest achievement was being able to provide uninterrupted service to our clients and being able to retain all our employees. This accomplishment could not have been achieved without the support and flexibility of every one of our team members. As the new year comes to a close, I would like to share my New Years Resolutions with you. In 2021, I would like to better harness the power of change for our customers and employees. I want to ensure that our team has necessary resources and tools to not only continue to provide exceptional customer service to our customers, but to also excel in their professional and personal lives.

Change is the only constant!

We all leapt into 2020 with big ambitions and lofty goals. But no one could have predicted all sorts of twists, turns, and surprises this year brought. Although 2020 brought us many challenges, we cannot deny that the year also provided a big learning curve for many businesses, including us! With the support of the team, we were able to tackle each hurdle that was thrown our way. For the coming year, my new years resolution is to increase the website traffic by refining our strategies and target marketing.

We are in this together!

I know we all have heard this phrase almost everyday for the year 2020. But this would be the only thing from 2020 that I will take to 2021. 2020 was an unprecedented year in many ways but here at KMR Global, we were able to get through it by standing strong with our team. 2020 proved to be very overwhelming for all of us both professionally and personally so for 2021, I wanted to come up with something that would encourage our employees to keep going through tough times until we see light at the end of the tunnel. My new year resolution is to come up with a quarterly appreciation plan which recognizes an employee for their outstanding contributions and achievements during that period.
